Wandumuzi Khanyile (nicknamed Wandabov or Booboolasha) was from the King Cetshwayo district and was often seen at their annual JZ event. He was very active at tournaments between 2013 and 2018 and not so much after that.

In 2016 (results here) he was the best placed KZN player at the KZN Open with 7 points from 8 games, losing only to IM Johannes Mabusela.

Wandumuzi was joint 1st at the 2018 King Cetshwayo Anniversary tournament, where he defeated the (future) 2019 KZN champion in a tough last round battle.
